For anything broader than one wrong fact on a profile — a privacy concern, a legal or takedown request, or a complaint about the site itself. If you've spotted a specific factual error on a profile, use that profile's "Report incorrect information" link instead — it reaches the same reviewers faster since it's already linked to the right page.
