Clay Magouyrk is an American technology executive and electrical engineer who serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Oracle Corporation alongside Mike Sicilia. Prior to his elevation to co-CEO in September 2025, Magouyrk served as President of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and was a founding member of Oracle's cloud engineering development center in 2014. Before joining Oracle, he spent six years as a senior engineer at Amazon Web Services and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Memphis. Under his leadership, OCI expanded to more than 100 public cloud regions globally and became a premier cloud provider for AI training and enterprise computing workloads.
